tokyo counseling centerHow to make an appointment with ICC: The easiest way to arrange an appointment or get any more information about our services is simply to phone us (3980 8718) from Monday to Saturday anytime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. ICC's telephone reception staff will be pleased to answer any other questions you may have and to make an initial counseling session for you.

At all other times there is an answering machine service for our clients use which has an introduction first in Japanese and then in English. When a message is left with a contact phone number we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Messages left on a Saturday evening, Sunday or on National Holidays are returned as soon as possible the following Monday morning. Alternatively you are welcome to contact us by email in English or Japanese anytime.
