Dr Hozumi is a licensed medical doctor and psychiatrist in Tokyo Japan providing psychiatric consultation, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, counseling and psychotherapy services. He is a pioneer of client centered health care with over 30 years of experience of providing medical support and psychiatric treatment within the Toshimaku and Tokyo community.

Dr Hozumi graduated from Keio and Tokyo Universities and is a former President of The Tokyo Association of Psychiatric Clinics.
